Define Crazy.

Depends what you mean by "crazy" If she puffs up then give her some time and pet her and try to calm her down. If she is hiding from you then have out cat treats or have canned cat food.

This cat would probably be hurting in someway maybe on the inside or out.

maybe you should take him/her to a vet and you can see why a cat is crazy.

Get a spray bottle and fill it with warm water and spray the over active kitty. this should calm her or he down.
