You should avoid fast food at all cost. I tend to bring my lunch and have a smaller portion and I dont feel sleepy after eating. If you eat smaller meals (breakfast, snack, lunch, snack) then you balance out the need to overeat at lunch time.

err are you typing?well if not the best food to eat is steamed sweet potato with sour lime juice,why?because u need to peel off the skin then after you eat it you have to drink the juice it will perk u up!enjoy
