There is only a small risk of pontential problems if the mom is rh-
If the mother is - and the baby is + then the mother can form antibodies against the + factor which will attack the babies blood.
However a + mother does not have that risk because there is no extra factor in - blood that she doesn't have.

when people of the same blood group, or of different blood groups get married it should pose no legal, religious, or moral problems... if your question is re-phrased to what happens if the same couple produces, an offspring, then again , there should be no problems... ABO incompatibility happens when a baby is born to parents of diffrent blood types and the babys blood type takes after the dad and not the mom, antibobies in the babys blood stream destroys the mothers blood which is transfered during childbirth, breakdown of blood produces a substance known as bilirubin, bilirubin is a natural substance found in the body and its is normally boken down and excreted in the liver, ABO incompatibility increases the bodys bilirubin level to such an extent that the infants liver cant cope up, this may lead to acondition known as kernicterus, a severely jaundice baby with signs of liver failure, and possibly even brain damage, the bad news is that as more babys are born the symptoms become more severe than the first offspring... i am describing the worse case scenario, actually, thousands of babys are born daily to parents of diffrent blood types, majority will manifest some form of jaundice and increase in bilirubin but they generally resolve in 4-6 weeks, only a very few progress to kernicterus, and with the advent of modern medicine, the fatality rate for ABO incompatibility in the newborn is less than 1%... nevertheless a good obstetrician and a good pediatrician must be present...by the way, i almost forgot, im a doctor... i hope i was of some help to you...thank you

You are the same blood type? That just means that your baby will most likely have that blood type. Genetics dictate that your baby could have another blood type, though.
