yes, a psychologist should be able to help you resolve these problems. Keep in mind though, they aren't quick fixes, and unlike seeing a doctor, where they give you a pill or a treatment, you have to be very involved with solving the problem. For me this has meant not just changing the way i do things, but also looking at things differently. I they may also recommend medication, like anti-depressants or meds for anxiety, as some people only respond to talk therapy or medication, but most do best with both (especially long term). Also, a good therapist won't just ask you "How did that make you feel?" they will challenge you to look at things differently or from a different point of view. It isn't easy, but it's worth it. Good luck.

Isn't that the worst feeling!!! While your Equal Librium is still trying to stabilize itself you will continue to have this problem and the only thing to do is slow your roll. Try not walking as fast and standing quickly. If the dizziness starts while walking stop and hold onto something close your eyes if possible and wait for it to pass. You need to be careful while walking and standing, it won't take a lot and you can fall and seriously injure yourself. Hope you feel better!

Well a couple of suggestions first have you finished antibiotic therapy or what other meds phy. put you on.next if this is a constant thing with movement you need to return to doctor office for another check up otherwise some dizziness is expected when you change position especially in rising from a sitting or lying position and also have blood pressure checked.

Vertigo, a well known illness some people suffer from. You really have to get it checked out. Mines is severe and once in a blue moon this problem occurs. But I do tell you this, don't let the problem go for so long and unotice. It's your ear and head, be very cautious.
