Go for it. Lucky him and lucky you. You'll probably enjoy his maturity and experience more than some guy your own age.

All that matters is what you think. A lot of girls like older men because they are more mature. My best friend met a guy who was 38 and she was 20... they couldn't be happier. Many older guys have their priority straight (not saying the younger ones don't), but it's nice being with someone who is mature and responsible. But again it is up to you, it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks. You are the one who will date him not everyone else.
Good Luck

You should concentrate more on how you 2 relate and get along; values and interests. The numbers alone should not be deal-breakers; rather, it's other differences and incompatibilities that need to be considered.

I personally would not want to be with someone who is old enough to be my father. It kind of creeps me out. That to me is too much of an age difference

Yes. You will regret it sooner or later. Older men tend to overprotect and correct constantly. Especially one that's 25 yrs. older than you. If you want a father figure look elsewhere.

No, some of the attactration could be because he is more experienced with knowledge of what some don't have. HAVE fun with it, if it feels right go for it!
