Winter walks in the local park preferably early, foggy mornings.
Skate at your local municipal grounds. It is always free.
A movie. Or, if you have DVD, rent one that he likes.
Give him a cupcake, a donut and a coffee and plenty of kisses. (exchange the donut during kisses).
Icecream and Cookies at local McDonalds.
Body surfing at your favorite beach - (I do not know where you live)
Think - think free = Best things in life are free.!!!!

Take him to an Italian restaurant-- usually dark and romantic and the food is inexpensive.

My husband and that i flow on line and seek for the activities calender to your city. there are various relaxing loose activies available (ex: concert activities, gala's, coastline and so on). We have been bored to death in the great dinner and picture element additionally. wish this helps!
