Who here likes Chinese food? If so, what dishes do you like and what dish can you make??

My current favorite dishes are Sesame Beef and Beef Chow Fun.
Sesame Beef - Deep fried crispy slices of beef in a savory, spicy, sesame flavored sauce.
Beef Chow Fun - soft rice noodles, stir fried in the wok so it's crispy along the edges with a light coating of soy sauce plus tender slices of beef, with crunchy bean sprouts, green onions and tender greens.
Name it... I can make it given a recipe or I can ad lib.
I just find it easier to just order it. Also, the restaurants have the high powered woks that really heat things up and give the food a better flavor. Hearing the gas burners going under one of those woks sounds like a little jet engine spooling up.

I like Chinese food but im picky with my spots. Egg rolls that are done right are great. My local chinese market carries frozen Peking Raviolis and they are soooo good. General Tsao or Gau chicken is great as well. I found that Trader Joes has a really good frozen one. I can make a tasty orange chicken but im not a huge fan of it. I love those slimy noodles that look like snots. Im not sure what they are truely called. LOL

I love sha cha chicken little on the hot side. I also like garlic chicken well really any Chinese food. I can't cook Chinese but would love to know how.

I love dumplings, dim sum, pot stickers, and meat rolls. I adore chow mein and lo mein. I can't cook any of it. The most I can do is reheat in the microwave.
