hey btw whatever you heared is not true, there is no way a 9 years old can understand marrige. it could happen with some close minded people who uses the quran as an excuse, there are alot of different people that call them selves muslims and act like them but they are wrong and not muslims. please do not say things that you do not understand or stereo type what people say.
another information in Iran there are different types of groups that call them selves muslims most of them use the name of the religion live there as citizens.

Same reason there are Mormons. Some asshole copied another religion to justify their personal sick ideals. Unlike Mormons, Muslums at first killed those who didn't follow their beliefs and still believe that is ok. The only true utopian society would fall under Calvinism and Protestant beliefs.
