don't drink orange juice it's really acidic....as for the rest of the jucies (apple and cranberry) you should be ok...but if you have it i would sip on some gingerale or 7up...it will help to settle your stomach...and if you choose juice take sips of it every so often...don't just gulp it don't....if you want to eat something try saltine crackers or some toast...but eat as much as you think your stomach can handle...whatever the reason for your stomach being upset i would just treat it like you had the flu and do what you do when you have the flu..

Well, the acids in juices can sometimes actually irritate an already upset stomach. Sip some tea, or Gatorade. Ginger Ale was always what my mom gave me....with crackers. Also, if you can get your hands on some TRUE coke syrup (from a fountain) it will CURE an upset stomach.

My mother-in-law used to give my husband warm Pepsi when he had an upset tummy. I've also read that doctors say white grape juice is actually better than apple, etc. for sensitive tummies, especially for young ones.

I like almost flat ginger ale. A can of that will last the whole day.
If you are at the point of not being able to keep anything down, stay away from apple juice it dehydrates you.

Try some soda. Soda pop, particularly ginger ale or lemon-lime and other noncaffeinated varieties, help settle stomachs.

Don't count on milk. Milk often hinders rather than helps stomachs because many people can't digest it easily.

Juice probably wouldn't be too good. Try sipping water instead .. it will flush out your system without introducing more acid to your stomach (juice contains citric acids).
