like i work with a woman (she is 23 and i am 33)that hugs me sometimes and calls me baby, but she is happily married. Is she just a flirt or does that mean something?

I wouldnt think much of it. She is probably just a flirt. Some girls flirt with out even thinking about it. If it bothers you and you really want to know, just ask her.
