Why China? Unless you're fascinated by the country, maybe you should consider somewhere else. I have an MA as well, and have looked into the PROC. The pay is atrocious, even with a graduate degree. Consider Taiwan; similar culture (you can study Chinese here if that's what you're after) and MUCH better jobs.
To give an example, last year I was flying back to Taipei from the States, but first I had to transfer in HK. The woman next to me teaches at a Uni in China so we started comparing jobs. She was telling me how she can live well based on the economy, blah blah blah. As it turns out, I save more in a month than she makes, and I am by no means stingy.
Anyway, some websites:

www.tealit.com
www.totalesl.com
www.anesl.com
Wherever you go, good luck!

There are lots of schools to teach English & a lot of times, they won´t even ask for your qualification but its good that you have one, you can use it to negotiate for a higher salary.
Best thing is to come to Shanghai and send your resumes out. My friend´s wife who is Canadian got a job almost right away & she does not have any teaching credentials but they told her she is Canadian and she is white so perception is good.
She gets about RMB10000 clean money (under the table) & she teaches 3-4 nights (about 4 hours each day). Not bad for part time work.

I did that for three years (french). You can possibly just contact one University in the city you choose and apply. Good to know: with a Masters Degree you are an ‘expert’, your salary should be higher and one airfare paid each year.

I like the CIA answer. And, I take it you speak Chinese dialects, for your students' benefit.
Check the NET--that is your best way to find the job.
