a new website has a section for missing and displaced people,search directly for neighborhelpsite.com.
they use a link to a forum that's used like free classified adds.
because it's so new you could contact someone in Pakistan to help get the word out, the more people that start viewing it the sooner someone has what you are looking for, and that is the purpose of the site.
