A lot will depend on where you are...I know a girl who sells birds for breeders from her surrounding states in Pennsylvania, and she's awesome...

Otherwise, Hoobly, Birdmart, those are good, but you will have no indication whatsoever if the new owners will be any good for your birds.

Sometimes pet stores will purchase older birds. You could give them a call.

Conures are all extremely noisy. The least noisy that i understand of is the little eco-friendly cheek Conure. they are very gorgeous, and under no circumstances close to as noisy or annoying.also the little Dusky Conure. They make large talkers and are very loving. they are in many circumstances loud, yet do not seem to care that a lot about screaming. They like to play with toy's and communicate. I had one with a huge vocabulary. you'd be basically as sick of the solar screaming as you're the Nanday.
