i need to loose at least 20 pounds in 3 weeks with no equipment or vidios. i dont have time to do long workouts so max 45 min once a day. i need a ful plan to help before school starts again

You cannot and willnot lose 20 lbs in 3 weeks
I am sorry it's just impossibe
You can lose 6 lbs at most in 3 weeks

You need to either walk or buy yourself a jump rope
You can jump rope in the space of your home, just MAKE SURE that you wear comfortable shoes (I tore a ligament in my knee from jumping barefoot for 20 minutes- what an IDIOT I was)
You can also go jogging, or walking briskly (fast) around your neighborhood, assuming you don't live in some ghetto w/ shootouts every minute of the day

eat healthier and drink alot of water say 2litres a say., thats what i do, it also detoxes your body, wake up a half an hour earlier every morning and go for a 20 minute jog, coz its fine to loose weight but if you dont do a form of excercise then all that fat will turn into flabby skin, so if you jog every day or every second day for 20 minutes you will gain some muscle. But just to let you know, to loose weight is a lot of work and there is no such thing as no workouts and videos, tae bo is also very good, thats what i do

That kind of weight loss in three weeks is completely unrealistic. Even if you did achieve it, the methods could not be anything but unhealthy, and the result wouldn't last.
Exercising without equipment is easy - use your feet and start walking.
Eat plenty of good, healthy food. Get your parents to take you to a doctor or dietician, who will help you work out a healthy, realistic plan that will help you achieve long-lasting results.

Try running. A few times a week run a half mile and see if you can go farther each time. In the beggining it will be tough but your body will get used to breating hard and you will be able to do it easily. Makes you feel better to.

nothing like dangerous regiment...ok...go download a pilates video. do body weight exercises...see how many you can do in a minute.

By ephedrine...because it doesn't sound like you are worried about health for the time being...only drink slimfast for those few weeks...if you servive you will have lost a ton...be careful...your body will be so out of whack all the weight and more will show up again.

All you have to do is do some sit-ups and different exercises. Then go walking. You can jog some too but if you get tired just keep walking. Try to eat just enough until you are full. Good Luck!
