It means she is rubbing your back and arms. Maybe you are tense and she is just trying to help you or she could be telling you she likes you. How does she act around you. You should be able to tell if it is a friendly gesture or if she is trying to start a relationship of some kind with you.

It depends on the circumstances and the environment. My husband on the job and required physical therapy for several months. The pts. were female, but if I were to another female rubbing his back in an uncontrolled environment my reaction would be differerent.

When i rub guy back or arms, it doesnt mean anything...is just that when we gals saw the man very tired (don't care whether the guy is your love 1, but most of the gal do it for their love 1), we have the urge to make them comfortable...we don't want to see them too tired over something...
