Apple pie...can I make 2 days ahead of time? If so, how do I keep it from getting soggy or stale?

best advice is to make it the day you are going to eat it on, it always gets quite liquidy if you leave it sitting around for 2 days. You will not want to serve it after 2 days. Apple pie is best baked and eaten while still warm, yummy
