Sure, but it would probably just be water weight shifting. Its better to go by the week. Pick one day, always weigh yourself at the same time ( I find when you wake up is best in the morning) do the same routine, use the bathroom, get nekkid and get on the scale, stay consistent.

One pound of fat equals 3,500 calories. On average, the human body will burn 2,000 calories a day. If you took in no calories plus exercised enough to burn an additional 1,500 calories on a given day, then I suppose it's possible to lose a pound. However, I doubt any reasonable person would recommend this as a practical way to lose weight. Most health professional recommend a target of losing no more than 8 pounds a month.

It depends on the diet. You can on Kimkins (see Success Stories), but not on traditional diets like Weight Watchers.

You can see Natalie's success below and she works around food & wine all day!

Easily.
The way to do this is to drink a mixture of 3 parts sheeps milk and 1 part honey. Drink one cup of this mixture a day and it will GREATLY help speed up your metabloism which helps you lose weight.
Good luck with this!

Depends on what your weight is right now. 2 lbs/week is probably a better target.
