Depends on the age.
If you are young, his friends will tell you.
If you are a young adult, you probably won't know or he will lightly flirt with you.
If you are a little older then he will probably tell you.

actually i also not very sure..
but i ask my friend this before....he answer me easily...he told me that there are two type of guyz ( for most of the guy).
1 is shy type which completely ignore you
other 1 is the type that very hype which always bully you....
i also want to find out how to know whether a guy like you...i hope that my little info can help you...i feel that different people have different view...

Depends on the age
13 and under it usually teasing and proding lol.
but look for things like how much attention does he pays to you, does he like to make you smile, is he comfortable around you... like talking about feeling and stuff like that, do u ever catch him looking at you out of the corner of your eye, is there eye contact when you talk..i could go on for ages so ill stop. So keep and eye out for stuff like this and hopefully this will help you.

if a boy keeps glancing at you then he probably likes you......if you are in elementry then at recess if a boy follows you around then he probably likes you.....it is hard to tell though because boys are vey weird. =)

When he's always around you and smiles when yo look at him. He'll be shy and will laugh at a lot of things you say. Sooner or later he'll ask you out!

they drop hints now and then and make direct eye contact but somtimes they are shy depends on the guy
