PLEASE help me! I have a reusable digital camera, from vupoint solutions? I have some questions!?!!?!?!?

Question

The camera I have is VERY small and light blue!
Why does the battery they gave me last for only 20 minutes?
Every time I take a picture it moves it down or up when angle it just right?
can I make a video without it being hooked up to the computer?

I sell that same camera (I guess it's the same, light blue, very flimsy looking) It is basically a piece of junk.
Try a new battery.
