the first one is when you have runny tummy and you cant help it you have to go to the toilet, if not cured in time, you could become dehydrated and ill and admitted to hospital. when a doctor askes "is your stool loose" he means that when you go to the toilet to relieve yourself does it come out with ease or do you have to push really hard, then that would mean you have a hard/stiff stool
