This is grossing me out, can anyone help?

Does anyone know why when my roomate goes to the bathroom for number 2, there's always this mucus looking stuff that stays stuck to the inside of the toilet even after several flushes. This happens 100% of the time and I'm sick of having to look at it. Sorry for the ones I've grossed out, but this guy might need a doctor.

i duno ...confront him...and tell him it sucks...
