I heard that you can only wear all camoflage if hunting with a bow, but if you use a rifle you must wear some orange. Is this true?

The amount of orange you wear while hunting with a rifle is different in different states. You need to check with your local gaming commission. Here is NY it is not the law to wear orange but they say it is highly recommended. Personally, I would say that it is common sense to wear orange. I am fully confident in my abilities and my control with a gun but I want to make sure those other guys know where I am. There are way to many people out in the woods that shoot at movement and noise.
Bow hunting is another story. The average bow kill is at 12 yards so you can imagine there aren't going to be accidental shootings unless someone is dressed up in a deer outfit.

I don't know the hunting laws of every state, but I know in Kansas that's the way it is. Wearing orange is for the safety of the hunter, so they don't get shot. Deer don't go around in blaze orange, so if someone sees that color, it's easy to assume it's a person, and not some animal.

it should be 400 sq inches of orange meaning vest and hat and they say that deer cant see orange that is BS all it is for so the other hunters can spot you from far distance away, or so they can tell that you are human and not an animal since 80% of junters shoot at anything that moves and not makeing sure that it is a true animal or not, because most hunters that get shot are the ones that are going to there hunting spot. and get shot by other hunters that always say I thaught it was a ___________!!
there again shooting at the first sound they here

In connecticut, one does not need Orange during early bow season. Orange is necessary once gun season opens. Also at the end of bow season, about 2 weeks before gun season, there is landowner gun season, that runs the same as the bow. This is to say that land owners on their land can use a gun 2 weeks before the general public while bow season is still open; this is landowner season, and before it is early bow.. During gun season, bow hunting is not allowed. After gun season there is muzzle loader season, when bow hunting is allowed again; this is considered late bow season. Orange is again needed. The general rule is that you need orange if there are guns in the woods, unless you are the landowner, on you land. This may not be true everywhere, but I have hunted in at least 10 states and it seems to be the same, with little change just about every where.

You can hunt deer with a rifle without wearing orange. Just have to do it in archery season. Might get busted for using an illegal weapon, but that orange thing won't bother you.

The law will depend on what country/state you live in, but what you quote is not something I've ever heard. Let's face it, the bright bits will be to prevent you getting shot by others so it shouldn't matter what weapon you are holding. I've seen hunters wearing a bright shade of light blue to make themselves visible. I think this colour is chosen as it is one that deer aren't very sensitive to, so it can be used to make them visible to other hunters without spoiling their camouflage against the deer.

I have outfitted in Montana and Idaho. Montana requires you to wear 400 square inches of orange while hunting with a gun, Idaho on the other hand does not rquire you to wear orange at all.

You can wear whatever you want to when bow hunting, but yes you MUST have orange on while gun season is in. It is a safety issue.

Laws vary from state to state. Not wearing orange is just asking for trouble though. I trust myself, but it's everybody else I'm worried about. Wear orange and stay alive.

It depends on your local regulations. In SD, which I hail from, you are required to wear one piece of hunter orange visible from 360 degrees around you. The best way to determine this for your locality is to ask your local dept. in charge of hunting regulations. Additionally, most states produce a booklet summarizing the hunting regulations for your state.
