Basically for slander. Maybe the Jews and the Pagans could also sue to get them to stop using (and mangling) aspects of our Theology as well.

It would be a waste of time, most Diocese in the USA are bankrupt following the law suits they lost in favour of the victims of the pedophile priests. The televangelist will not help since they nedd their money to pay the favours of the male prostitutes they use regularly.

It's not all Christians, just a majority, and if you filed suit you would have to go to each individual who mangled, slandered etc. I agree that a lot of Christians think they are better than everyone else and look down on others passing judgement etc... That's why I wish those who follow Christ and try to be like him and learn from him but are peaceful and nonjudgmental should be labeled something other than Christian so we don't get thrown in the mix, how about Jesusians? I do think a lot of Christians keep others from finding Jesus with there ways and attitudes. I wish there was something we could do to change there ways. I know a lot of Christians made me feel bad and unsure of myself by talking crap about the way I dressed (dress pants) and made the statement that people should have to take an iq test before voting. I was pretty mad. Changed churches because of it. Well, that's not all they said, they run there mouths every Sunday. I didn't like it and didn't want to be apart of it. So we changed churches. Still are looking for a church, That was 2 years ago. :(

Oh the world is so sue-happy todays anyways, why not. While your at it, why don't you sue your parents for not buying that motorcycle for you or sue your government for making you pay income tax. Oh you could sue Christmas for "stealing" your holiday or you could sue Halloween for mocking pagan beliefs. Let's all just sue each other! Ya!

If you're talking about Biblical Christianity - no. They always end up getting killed anyway.

If you're talking about those which use the name of Christianity for their own purposes - the answer again would have to be no because people should know that they're just using the name of Christianity and the Bible for their own purposes.

But then that would require reading the Bible wouldn't it?

Well. as a leader of an Earth based faith (pagan is catholic), that has been hunted to near extinction by both Christianity and Islam.
I'm in! But we have to sue them both. We might add cruel and unusual punishment and illegal incarceration into the suit as well?

Why? Then you'd have sue each and every religion for for wrongdoing in one way or another because no religion is perfect. Each religion has imperfections and each religions has different perspectives in beliefs--so trying to sue one contradicts the laws of it's government which contribute to their God.

Everyone has their opinion,We would all have a class action suit. The question of importance is will you get to heaven one day? Only by Jesus, that you accept that he died on the Cross for you for your sins.
