A good tripod, sturdy but light.
A quality camera bag/backpack to hold the body, lenses and other accessories. Get a bag big enough that you will have space to expand.
Spare battery for the camera.
The only lens you may want to add to your collection is a large zoom (800mm - 1200mm), could be useful depending on where and what you shoot.
For a film SLR, I'd suggest a few lens filters, but you can accomplish the same effects with good photo editing software. Also a must.

That looks like a well rounded kit. The 28-80 might even be redundant - would you really miss the gap between the 18-55mm and the 70-300mm?
I'd personally sell the 18-55 and the 28-80 and buy a Nikon 18-70mm zoom. The 18-70mm is a better quality lens. It costs about $300 retail but you can find good deals on used copies.
You paid a lot of money for the D80 and it's worth it, but the image quality is determined by your lenses - don't use cheap ones!
I'd wait with other stuff until you discover what you need for yourself.
Things that come to my mind are a tripod, circular polarizers, a cheap 50mm f/1.8 for low light situations, and a rugged camera bag. But you might never use those. Just take tons of pictures and you'll find out for yourself what you need to add.
