If you believe there is a God then you will understand that we cannot even begin to imagine how God works or His logic etc.
God is beyond us and everything around us is here because of God.
We cannot survive by ourselves, we cannot even start building a house without the tools that God gives us. God doesnt just give you the bricks to build a house but the knowledge to use the right materials.
Everyday that our bodies function, everday that the sun shines/weather changes, the stars twinkle, God is there enabling it to happen.
Saying "God made it so" is true because he did, its just a response that doesnt really answer your question in detail.

Simple-minded?? There is nothing further from the truth. "the natural mind cannot understand the things of the spirit" so why even go there.You have to be blessed with the Spirit of God to understand the things of God. "Seek and ye shall find"

The statement "God made it so" is a simple way of explaining the amazing detail and complexity of God's creation. It like a Darwinist saying "evolution made it so" or "natural selection made it so." These are simple statements that cover a very in depth subject. It just depends on which one you place more faith in.

Sometimes we can learn from them
When I watch the TV I never think of the complexities used to make the TV a TV. Same with my computer I have no idea how it works but I know it does and I enjoy it as it is.
