I swear by tomato juice. Basically tomatoes contain a lot of the thingmy that helps your body process alcohol and get it out your system. So drink lots of tomato juice and eat pasta in a tomato based sauce. This is also why bloody mary is said to be a good hangover cure, as the vodka gives the 'hair of the dog' effect (where the new alcohol numbs a bit of the pain especially the headache) and the tomato juice kickstarts the proces of getting the alcohol out. Be warned it is very easy to get comfortable with several hairs of the dog, leading to tomorrow's hangover...i know this from experience...Irn-Bru is also really good...Also, why not learn to sip spirits instead of downing alcopops? They taste much better, and if you go for the right mixers (diet drinks, juice, water) contain less calories. Have a few gos at experimenting and figure out which spirits you like better. Cider is quite a happy compromise as well and is easy on the purse....At the end of the day no cure can completely get rid of a hangover, so you just have to deal with it...i just got used to them....sleep is wonderful and helps really well too, as your body regenerates and gets rid of toxins while you sleep.

I'm a bit like you, a vomitter when it comes to booze!
It might be the bacardi breezers - sometimes drinks with too much sugar in them can be worse for you. I am always sick after blue WKD! Also, when you are drinking this kind of drink, you tend to drink more because you can't taste the alcohol as much, resulting in lot's of sick the next day!
I now avoid the alcopops and wine (which gives a nasty nasty headache) and stick to vodka with cranberry or vodka lime and lemonade - I can drink them all night and no sick the next day!
Also, if I know I'm going out I drink loads of water during the day before I go out, then when I get in, I eat 2 slices of toast, take two aspirin and drink 2 pints of water!
I know it all sounds a bit over board but I suffered really bad hangovers but I didnt want to stop having a drink when I went out!
I then have Irn Bru in the mornings with a packet of crisps - sets me up for the day!

Eat a few plain crackers (saltine) then take two aspirin (TRUE aspirin) one at a time, waiting 15 mins between each one. Nibble more crackers if your stomach starts to feel bad. Put a heating pad on top of your feet so the blood will travel downward the the throbbing will ease up. If you can handle coffee, try sipping some in between taking the aspirin- it will make the aspirin act faster. Next time you drink, take two aspirin and drink two glasses of water before you go to bed. If you feel like you are "dried out" from the alcohol, eat ice chips as well.

try alternating your bacardi breezers with bottles of water or soda water. then before you go to bed drink a pint of water and take 2 paracetamol (more gntle on your stomach than aspirin). In the morning have a pint of Irn Bru and you will feel right as reign!

You've got to get away from the dreezers sweety!!!
I have similar thing happend to me. I only drink sparkling wine now, or the fancy bubbly when i can afford to. But change your drink, your body might not like the vodca in it.
Cures for hangover.....Burgerking! I'm sure its the 'e' numbers in it or something.
Good luck over the festive time, ban breezers, you can do it!!!

Surprisinly, greasy foods do the best work on that feeling. If you're out on the town late and a few too many, try a cheeseburger and milkshake, or a cheese omelet. When you get home, take a multi-vitamin with a glass of water, and you'll feel great in the morning.
Trust me. This totally works!!!!
Good Luck and Happy Holidays! Try not to tie one on! ;)

Drink a lot of juice when you get home, take 800mg of Motrin, and go to bed. When you wake up, do the same thing again, lots of juice, and 800mg Motrin. I'm tellin' ya, it works! Then, go get breakfast, something greasy, i know it sounds gross, but if you don't want the stomach pains that go with a BAD hangover, do it, for some odd reason, it makes it so your belly is doing fine all day.

A big, hearty fried breakfast. The whole works - bacon, sausages, eggs, mushrooms, black pudding, beans, tomatoes, toast, and a piping hot mug of tea. It's never let me down.
Alternatively, you might want to stay off the Bacardi Breezers, as they obviously don't agree with you.

a good hangover cure is, drink what you had the night before you might seem not to be able to do it but try it.
or a fry up, or if you don't want a hangover drink water when you start feeling drunk, and then carry on drinking. it not only hydrates you but you will not have a hangover in the morning.
