I do not suppose the need is as pressng unless you set yourself up as the ultimate being., - then man has to invent the opposite or anti- being to keep the simplistic balance that implies that for every poitive there is a negative. No such luck! If everything was in perfect balance then the sum of the parts would be zero...nothing!

Muslims believe in the Antichrist the Arabic word is (Dajjal)

The Muslim Antichrist (Dajil or ad-Dajjal):

At the end of times there will also come the Muslim Antichrist (Dajjal) who will try to discredit Islam and the Prophet with lies and so undo the work of the Mahdi. He will convince large groups of people with false claims of prophecy and miracles involving fire and the raising of the dead.
But Jesus Christ, who in the Muslim tradition is still physically alive (having never died, rather than having been resurrected after death), will return to earth. Jesus will discredit Dajil and then physically kill him with a spear. According to some of the Hadith, one of the consequences of Jesus' return is the conversion of the Christians to Islam who Jesus himself corrects of their false beliefs. The Mahdi and Jesus will then live out the rest of their lives on earth, since Jesus must die before the final judgment. This will be brief time of peace and prosperity. After his death, in some traditions, Jesus is buried next to Mohammed. Jesus returns, however, now fully in Heaven, to judge, as the word of God, at the last judgment.

The Bible talks about Anti-Christ. I do believe the Muslims are waiting for one final prophet, but I don't know for sure. Some of the other religions believe in reincarnation until you become part of nothingness, or part of cosmic energy.

Onewhosubmits answered it very well.

In Islamic tradition, the anti-christ is called Dajjal or Al-Maseeh-ud-Dajjal. Notice the word 'AlMaseeh' which translates to Messiah or Christ.

The Dajjal will appear at end-times. He comes equipped with many things; one is black magic or witchcraft (sihr); ie the ability to do magic with the help of Satan and an army of men and jinn. He will be able to quicken the dead and will bring about food and great wealth in exchange for our belief in him as he declares himself the divine being; aka god.

He will be known and heard around the world and will receive many adherents who will worship him. He will stand for everything that is evil in this world; Power, Greed, Lust, Covetousness and the negation of Allah.
He will be in confrontation with the Imam-ul-Mahdi, the leader of end times Muslim. But since Isa 'alaihissalaam / Jesus Christ is the one destined to kill him, both Prophet and the Imam must battle against the Dajjal and his armies of Evil.

The prophet Muhammad upon relating this to the companions about the signs of Qiyamat, ie end times, shivered and prayed that Allah will safeguard and assist the whole of mankind against the fitnah (falsehood) that is spread by Dajjal, especially Muslims as their faith would be in great jeopardy.

The time of Dajjal will be one that is overwhelmingly inundated with fitnah (falsehood and heresy), not unlike these difficult times. Be afraid. Be very afraid.
And hold on to your Faith.

In Islam there is an Anti-Christ known as the Dajjal. He will come and claim to be the Messiah, then eventually god. Jesus (pbuh) will come back to earth and slay the Dajjal. (To put it simply)
