Don't Panic. You're not the only one with those kind of cares.
Anyway, one time heavy eating is not a world of burden. It's not going to take a toll on your figure - trust me.
I'm a little smaller than you, and weighed a little lighter than you. I've been eating normally in the beginning of the year. Then, ate heavily at the second half of the year. Eating a lot consecutively - that is when you gain more weight. I realized that. I've had the same weight for about 5 years. I never do anything different. But since I increased my intake, i'm actually gaing some cellulites. Hehehe...
Anyway, don't fret. FOOD IS GOOD.

I wouldn't say you are becoming fat. You should probably moderate your eating habits. IT is better to eat 4-5 small healthy snacks a day than 3 big huge meals. The snacks will increase your metabolism and you will eat less at big meals. I have been a runner all my life I have weighted from 125lb to 159lb at 17-20yrs on an off. I think you just need to eat healthy and maybe try to throw in some exercise.

114 pounds at nearly 17 is NOT fat. You're not fat, you just need to watch it. But being 5'4 and 114, with 23 percent body fat is too much fat for your weight..Just eat what you eat, but everyday cut it down a bit. Instead of having 3 pan cakes, have 2, stead of 2 eggs, have 1 and you get it. And eventually, reduce it to none and eat healthy. This way, you are getting your body used to taking less. Im struggling with a weight issue, i wanna lose maybe 15 pounds, and i LOVE bananas. Try snacking on them...yum.

Please stop worrying, you are not fat. Just eat healthily, keep exercising and lifting weights and you will be fine.
I also think that your body fat percentage could actually be a bit lower, because those scales aren't always 100% accurate. If you have an average frame size, it is probably closer to 21% or 22% or even less if you have been working out.
But please stop making yourself stressed out over this, because you would have to have over 30% body fat to actually be considered overfat. Your body fat percentage, whether it is 23% or lower is ideal and very healthy. I promise you this.

O sweetie, you are far from fat, your body is still growing so its going to be hungry alot. If it makes you feel better, just watch what you eat, eat your pancakes but without a lot of syrup or just eat eggs. Not only is that food fattening its also not good for your body. Just make smarter choices and I'm sure you'll feel alot better. BUT YOU ARE NOT FAT!

Do sports and physical activity to get rid of the guilt. If you keep worrying about this you might end up having an eating disorder.

You are not fat. Stop binging and you will be fine. You won't get fat by overeatting one meal. I am 27, 5'5" and 119 lbs and I am by no means fat. I am one of the thinnest people I know.
