Cats don't really use their back paws to cover their stuff in their litter boxes, they use their front paws mostly, at least in my experience.

The others are right.
She's not going to 'outgrow' something that is natural to her.
I've had cats all my life...we have four right now and every single one of them has always used their front paws to cover in the litter box.
Actually I'd think it would leave more of a mess...at least on your floor if she did use her back paws, I can just see all the litter that would be flung out of the box and onto the floor.

I have never seen a cat use their back paws to cover their stuff in the cat box. All of my cats use their front paws. The kitty will learn to be more neat however.

Is this your first kitten? I've never seen a cat use their back paws, they always use their front paws. I've had lots of cats and they all used their front paws.

Cats are usually good about keeping themselves clean, especially as they get older. In terms of back paws, my cats never used her back paws for anything but walking on.

Sounds like normal behaviour to me, all my cats use their front paws to cover their litter.

All cats do that. They are trying to bury their poop or pee. It's instinctive and she will always do it, all cats do it, it's no big deal. If you watch them when they are outside they will still do it. Plan on getting a litter box with a lid on it because when your cat gets older it will make a mess when it's trying to cover things up and having the roof over their head prevents cat litter from flying all over the place.

No she won't "grow out" of this. Unlike dogs, cats always use their front paws to cover their scent. Eventually she will be more neat about it however.

No, cats use their front paws to cover the stuff & scent. I think she'll get neater about it as she grows up.
There are some wipes you can get at the pet store to clean her up quickly, cat wipes or tushie wipes (those are the official names). They are like baby wipes.
