Do you mean belching? Do not drink water 30 minutes before food and one hour after food. Rest of the time drink about 2 to 3 litres of water per day. If you are always sitting, get up and move out a couple of times a day. Do sit on vajrasan after meals for about 10 minutes. First of all try to identify if you get a bad odour only after eating a particular kind of food.If only by a particular food,try to avoid it.
Also rinse your mouth thoroughly after meals.

Ifodour is always present,then the upper end of stomach is not properly closed by the Lower Esophageal Sphincter(LES).

Please visit a physician and you will be given medications that will help the LES close properly and you will stop having odour!
