It's possible but highly unlikely. You'd have to have a very short menstrual cycle. This would bring the time of ovulation closer to the time when you would start bleeding.
An egg can survive in your fallopian tube for about 24 hours after it's released from the ovary. So the only way you can get pregnant is if sperm are present in your fallopian tube during this window of opportunity. If the egg isn't fertilized, it's shed along with your uterine lining during your period.
Typically, when you have your period, another egg is developing in preparation for release during the current cycle. But not every woman's cycle length is the same. If you have a shorter cycle, you could ovulate just a few days after you have your period. And considering sperm are alive and active inside your reproductive tract 48-72 hours it's theoretically possible for the sperm to hang around until you ovulate again.
Many people mistake the day they have sex for the day of conception but in many cases fertilization occurs a couple of days after sex.

I am not a doctor, but I have heard of cases that it happened. Two in fact. The girl couldn't conceive during her fertile periods, but when they did it during her menstrual period, she got pregnant. Then there was a similar case elsewhere. Depends on the girl I suppose, but there should be some medical reason why it can happen.

yes but the chances of getting pregnant are low, since during menturation an egg travels thru the fallopian tubes to reach the utreus in about five days, so if a sperm comes in contact with it then pregnancy occurs. It may happen that if sex is done during start of period some sperms remain in the vagina and when egg comes it reunites, but this is arare case.

It can happen but its not common. You can ovulate at any point in your cycle, even while on your period. I've talked to a woman who only had sex 1 time in a month, which was the day after her period started and she now has a 3yr old son from that.

Never. Because during menstrual period the active ovum is discharged out and so sperm cannot be accepted. That is why menstrual period is also called the 'Cry of the Ovum'.
