I'm 110lbs, 5'4" and I need to gain some weight.

Anyone have any "home remedies" or suggestions that can help me put on a few pounds?

You know how movie stars put on pounds when they have to do a movie? How do they do it?

Anyone know a similar way?

You need not take up any unhealthy habits to put on weight. I am also perennially underweight, but here is what I found that helps. RICE - of all things and CORN are the starchiest vegetables you can eat (and a no-no for those losing weight). Indulge in these vegetables.
If you want to build some muscle as well, try drinking creatine. This alone can cause you to put on significant weight within a week, as well as boost your workouts. Anyone who pumps iron will verify this is true.
Finally, there are various canned nutritional supplement drinks you can get at the pharmacy or grocery store. These are intended for sick or recovering people who cannot ingest a regular meal yet. These are specifically rich in calories as well as essential nutrients, despite their small volume. A doctor recommended these to me, and they don't taste bad either. Just don't use these as a mere meal replacement, but follow up a meal with these or have them for a "snack", as they can be very filling.

After surgery recently, I lost 30 lbs. The dietician suggested that I drink shakes before bed. Other suggestions were grilled cheese and toast with butter and jelly. Be sure to exercise also because gaining too much fat is not good.
