Atom is so small, that could not see without microscops. What we can see the Structure of Atom, in Hajj in Macca.
All the Muslims move like Electron arround the Kaba and most of gathered in center like Proton and Neutron

You cannot see a single atom with a microscope, however scannining tunnneling microscopes (a variant of electron microscope can let you see the in the nanometer range). I might be wrong but I remember reading that some IBM scientists, finally seen a few atoms using a very high power microscope.

010:061] Neither you (O Muhammad [Peace Be Upon Him]) do any deed nor recite any portion of the Qur'ân, nor you (O mankind) do any deed (good or evil) but We are Witness thereof when you are doing it. And nothing is hidden from your Lord (so much as) the weight of an atom on the earth or in the heaven. Not what is less than that or what is greater than that but is (written) in a Clear Record.
As for why Neils Bohr, described the phenomenon also explained in the Qu'ran, that no one gains any knowledge without God's will.
002.255] Allâh! Lâ ilâha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He), Al-Hayyul-Qayyum (the Ever Living, the One Who sustains and protects all that exists). if allah showed the structure of atom in islam why did bohr ( niels bohr non moslem scientist ) found that , asecond thing bohr model fore the atom has limitations and electrons do not move arround the atom , the most accepted theori is the quantum mechanical model for the atom

Different people see different miracles in their own religions every day, I'm sure if you asked someone for proof, they could give it to you. A better question might be why does every body have to believe in one God, whether it is Allah, Buddha, or the christian God? Why can't we worship in the religion to which we are comfortable and probably brought up in? Personally, I resent anybody trying to "convert" me to their religion based on their own beliefs. How do they know my own beliefs aren't just as strong as theirs? Every body should be allowed to worship in their own way to whom ever they choose. The sooner we all recognize this and accept it, the sooner we might actually find peace in this world.
