Anywhere that's over 200 feet above sea level. :) Assuming Antarctica melted it would only raise the sea level around 170 feet. :) Look at a topographical map there are plenty of spots over that height.

hopefully that will never happen, as hopefully we would've taken action to stop global warming by then. If it does...there'll probably be missions to relocate the entire population to another planet or galaxy...so we have a whole new place and ecosystem to destroy.
