I have both the 20 minute workout, and the Accelerated body sculting workout which is 57 mins long... If I do the 20 mins workout, how many times a week? If I choose the 57 min workout, how many times a week?

Do the 20 minute one 3 times a week and the 57 minute 3 times a week alternating them and take the other day off to rest.

Do 20 min 3 or 4 times a week
Do 57 min twice a week.

You might want to think about changing things up though. If you are only doing those two workouts, your body will eventually get used to it and you will reach a plateau and not see anymore results.
