If your looking for mountains.. try a place in the Blue Ridge.. like Tennessee or NCarolina... but for beaches.. try West Palm Beach in Florida.. beautiful and definitely a lot of city life as well.

My fiance and I are planning on going to steamboat springs, colorado. It's a beautiful town with lots of scenery in the area and surrounding areas. It also has great night life. They have local pubs and boutiques in their town and LOTS of skiiing ;-)
