I'm curious. Why do so many people want to bring God down to our level by placing on Him the limitations of man? He is our Creator. He created the human will, psyche, instinct, etc. Thinking and belief systems are our responsibility and He has given us the ability to choose what path we take. He could have made us with a built in set of ready-made values and morals, but we have choice. I choose to believe that God is omnipotent and above the human traits our little minds place so much value on. That's why Christ came down and took on the form of a human so He would know how we feel, think and act so He could intercede with the Father on our behalf. Thank God that He is merciful, because I would be very afraid to put Him in a category with the lowliness of a sinner like me. Would that be considered blasphemy??

Even though we have let Him down, He believes in us.
If He did not believe in us, He would not have sent His Son to pay for our sins.
