There are only 2 ways I know of that are sure to make you fat. One is eating too much food. Obviously sugar, salt, and butter are the best culprits to add to your pork-outs. The second way to get fat is to become an avid couch potato and use the least amount of energy you can to manage your life. Ideally, watching TV in one big cushy chair all day and sleeping there every night helps. If your kitchen and bathroom are as near as possible, I guarantee you will be huge in no time at all! To repair the damage and slim down you simply do the opposite. Live an active lifestyle and find a low-calorie diet you can stay on. Cure your boredom and malaise. Stop cramming your emotions down your throat with fattening comfort food and get off your lazy behind and move it! When you start moving around you won't be so bored and depressed!

So I used to go to school with this girl who was skinny. We went to the cafeteria one day and I saw her just glob on the mayonaisse and I thought to myself, "That's weird. If she keeps on doing that she's going to be fat."
I left the country for about 7 years and when I came back had a get-together with some old friends which included her, and guess what? She was fat. Her body completely changed from slim to quite large. She's still cute, but it was really bizarre to see such a dramatic change in someone like that.
True story.
So, beware of those times when you don't think anything of blobbing on the fat to your lunch.

It's not me but A dude I worked with:
Just bought a car and had a job down the road. With a new car he wanted to drive, he never walked. Got promoted, having lunch with manager, dinner with the supervisors. Had to travel, eat snacks on the go, and resturant dinners for 2 weeks at a time. Back to the hotel room to sit and work on his laptop. He never exercised. Last I spoke to him, about a year ago, he was 431 pounds. When I met in 1996, he was about 180-190, but fairly muscular.
Good luck with the research-
