I feel you, I used to have the same problem, I have three "picky"
children, and each has different taste. Well, I came out with these
ideas:
Day One: egg burrito (you could add anything in it that she likes)
Day Two: Egg muffin (I add alfalfa sprouts/cheese/tomato)
Day Three: Banana pancakes (I mix in the bananas)
Day Four: sunny side up egg on toasted (I eat mine with salsa)
Day Five: French toast and scramble eggs
Day Six: egg croissant sandwich with hash browns
of course, you could add more ingredients and substitute
I still add has browns, some fruit and some toast.
Lunch: I have to pack their lunch as well because they don't eat cafeteria food. So for lunch I combine a lot of foods.
tuna&crackers
tuna sandwich
turkey & alfalfa
turkey sandwich & cheese
cereal & milk
Dinner: I make something quick and fast like spaghetti, chow mein, chicken with veg., mac&cheese, quesadillas, etc...
We as American are very lucky, because we belong in a country were there's plenty of food ideas like ethcnic foods.
One day you could make it a Chines night, the next day you could go Mexican, or Thai or Indian or whatever.
Good Luck to you

I heard of something called toad in a hole, I think it's like french toast with the center cut out, and you break an egg into it and cook it that way in a frying pan. Or maybe you could try something like scrambled eggs and chopped ham or bacon and cheese, wrapped up in a tortilla - a breakfast wrap. Or a friend of mine used to make egg sandwiches at home. Sprayed the inside of a mug with PAM, poured in some liquid eggs (they come in a little container like a cardboard milk container), put it in the microwave until done (they get really puffy!), take it out and put it on an english muffin or even a regular sandwich roll, with some ham and a slice of cheese. (You can cut the cooked egg in half so it's not so thick)

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aMmiA
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

The "toaster" breakfast foods are handy, and most kids like them. My step-sons loved the Toaster Struedal, egg varieties.
Leftovers from dinner
fresh fruit smoothies (mix fruit, yogurt & milk in a blender)
peanut butter & toast
cinnamon sugar & toast

Wow..that's a tall order from a 10 year old and it sounds like she is a bit spoiled. Food coloring on eggs to make it fun? Isn't she a little old for that? My kids eat different varieties of healthy cereals for breaskfast or fruit.

how about being fed up with her calling the shots?
tell her to be thankful for every meal she gets, let her watch Feed the Children airing 1 time so she can see the starving children around the world, and even right here in this country.,
if she won't eat a nicely cooked meal, let her try just making do with a cereal bar and a glass of milk!
the balance of power is shifting in your house, and once you loose it, trust me, it's gone for good.
