Most times when you get the flu shot, you still get the flu and some times the case is worse then if you'd taken your chances. it doesn't also help living in the Midwest with the drastic weather changes...drink plenty of fluids, rest as much as you can and to be safe I'd call the doctor, but more then likely if it's virus they are not going to give you anything. I always go buy the odorless/ tasteless gel caps of Garlic from Wal-Mart (they are in the vitamin aisle) and take two the first time then one every hour or so after that, garlic is a natural antibiotic whenever I get something it usually only lasts a day or two, just be sure you nibble on a cracker or take it with milk, sometimes if you take it on an empty stomach you'll burp garlic.

I are living in Chicago's southern suburbs. In our the town, the twister caution sirens had been trigger, however the twister beyond to our south. Two of my sons and my former spouse rode it out within the basement and weren't hit by means of a twister, however had been so much nearer than I used to be. My different 2 sons had been in general the luckiest within the loved ones for the reason that one of the most tornadoes used to be coming in the direction of their condo, rose up off the bottom and left out them and got here go into reverse past them. Since we are not close any rivers, we've not obvious any flooding. I might have got to say that my loved ones used to be blessed to have no longer been affected instantly by means of any of this.
