First...approach it from a logical point of view...
If you have a problem...it does not matter how much you worry...you can worry yourself to death...but it won't fix the problem.
So try not to worry too much about it...
I know it is easier said than done.
Solution...fix your problem as quickly as possible.
Leave by your means and don't put yourself into debts...
Debts are a major cause of problems...
You don't need a lot of money to start living...
And just because your friends have more money than you and they can afford to buy those things you would like...does not mean that you should buy them also...with your credit card.
Be realistic...If you cannot afford it...don't buy it. Or you will go bankrupt. Set yourself a budget and live by it. If you want more...you must go out there and earn more.

you ask yourself by worrying will i be able to change the situation. in most cases you cant change it and like ive been told over and over again, what will be will be. if its god way then worrying isnt going to change the problem.
yes its harder to do then to say and im learning that each day. ive had to face a situation now that i can help but worry but worrying isnt helping the situation at all. its just driving me insane.
you have to start living today remember ' we are not promised a tomorrow'.

not sure what you're worrying about but if it's caused you to stop living your life and isn't life threatening then it's not worth it. I used to worry about everything which developed into depression and so on... I developed a term that I kinda live by now and that is if it doesn't directly affect me, my family, my job or my money I don't care! Don't stress over someone else's problems let them handle it for themself!
Take care!

Try to find a way to get around the misery and blank everything out.
You may never find that you start living, or completely stop worrying, you just try to get on with things.

its ok to worry, it only shows you are human. But the best solutino is to stop thinking to much about what you want and how to satisfy it and start thinking more about what others want and try to help them out. Dont be too self conscious, be others conscious, try to find out what they need and see if you can help. it helps take the burden on us.

That, of course, would depend upon your worries...money...health...a roof over your head...etc. But like so many other things, its a matter of finding enjoyment in small things.

I'm asking myself this question as well...
I think society thrives on us worrying so they can promote artificial anti-stress methods...
Maybe repeating "It will be alright" until we believe it, is a first step...
