Your First Bra?

at what age did people get their 1st bras? and what was it like. I'm sorry. just curious about to get one.

Any stories?

It really varies a lot, some girls may need a bra as early as 9, while other won't need one until they are about 15. The average age is about 12-13.

For me it was a big deal, my breasts were starting to stick out a little, and my mom wouldn't take me bra shoping. She felt that 11 was to young. So the next time we went to the store, I took some of my own money and bought a bra.

What a disaster that was, I had no idea what size I was, and it was way to big. But after that my mom knew I was ready, so she measured me, 32A, I think, and took me shopping. We picked out a couple of regular bras, that actually fit, and I got a couple of sports bra too.

Now I'm a 34b, close to a 'C' and have about 8 different bras.
