Most audio-/video-data found here can be downloaded free of charge and always legally! Morpheus is excellent. As is Limewire. Avoid like the plague KaZaa. It is so bugged down with spyware, you will never get clear.

Well, you can sometimes find music in the library, at least it's legal. If legality is no issue, yeah, limewire is supposed to be good.
