There are no "consumer courts," at least in the US. And there have been hundreds of court decisions that could be defined as a "violation of consumer rights." And court that has decided in favor of price supports, tariffs and a hundred other things could be considered as "anti-consumer." The same regulation that required air bags in cars could be called "pro-consumer" by some people and "anti-consumer" by others. Therefore, you will have a hard time getting people to agree that something is a "violation of consumers rights."
