Physical education is a part of the educational system where it aims to develop the student physically, emotionally, mentally and socially through varied carefully chosen activities. It aims to help the students achieve and maintain physical fitness.
Physical education teaches you how to do physical activities correctly, like playin basketball, football, soccer, swim or dance (to name few sports and recreational activities) that are very popular. It is true that insticttively you knew how to do things like walk, run, jog etc., but in school teachers or coaches teach you the proper way on how to perform certain activities so that when you are left alone and is not in the school (finished school already) you know what you are doing and you have "that confidence", and maintains your curves and bulges at the right place in the process.
Mathematics, English or Science subjects helps you with your IQ, while Physical Education helps you physically, how? - If you eat a balanced diet, exercise at least 20 minutes a day... Who would not want you for a friend or an employee?
So enjoy your Physical Education class now for the benefit is long lasting...

Physical education is an important part of a school curriculum when properly planned and taught in a way that promotes fitness and skill development in a way that is age-appropriate. It is sad to see this class being taught passively so that it is viewed as a joke, but it is also just as rewarding as teaching a classroom subject when students choose to stay fit, choose to participate with confidence and skill, choose to live healthy lives, and choose to connect with those working with them to achieve common goals.
