1600 isn't going to cut it. the test is out of 2400. Been that way for a few years now. You only pulled 67%
Look at 2nd tier engineering schools. Also schools don't just look at SAT scores. What are your math and science grades?

If it is 1600 out of 1600 -- then if your grades match your SAT scores, you should think about MIT, Cal Tech, University of California at Berkeley, Stanford -- or any of the Ivy League schools that have engineering schools.
If it is 1600 out of 2400 (the three section test), then those schools are out of the question. The good news is that engineering is one area where the best state schools are almost as good as the ones mentioned above. Georgia Tech or any of the schools in the Big Ten are all excellent.

Depends on which engineering you want to go into.
Lehigh University is an excellent school.

It relies upon on the difficulty. If he's determined for garments, i'd furnish him my pants or blouse (my shirts are lengthy compared to my body). If he basically should be bare, i'd take off my clothing for solidarity. i'm a nudist, so i do not options being bare in the front of others.
