Because, what she did is morally incorrect. She may be in hiding in Europe and I am pretty sure because there she can get back in touch with the spiritual aspect of what she did and be absolved of her sin.

Hillary probably paid her to stay there. I think she should come back and move to New York. So should Billy Bob's other half a dozen ex-love interests.
