My goodness gracious NO. You are doing everyone a favor. BEWARE. When you buy a foreclosure, ( I have bought a dozen) you often sign a waver of inspection. READ CAREFUL. I have had situations where old disgruntal owners will put tennis balls down pipes, cut plumming lines, and other nasty traps for the bank and new owner. This is not the rule, but it happens. BE CAREFUL. The home I live in now is a foreclosure. The only thing wrong was the old owners took some wires off the HVAC unit. This took 1 min to fix but 5 hrs to figure out. The upside to foreclosue is you should get a min of 10% less than low market value......Good Luck, Oh, No you wont burn in Hell for the foreclosure.

Why? im a realtor, and i do this all the time, im closing on one actually in about a week. It's actually helping the situation anyway. You're helping the bank get its money back, the people that are moving out are leaving for a good reason...NO PAYMENTS...it's america, get a good job and do somn, i came to the US with nothing, and i worked hard to get ahead in life, i feel bad for the people all the time, yes, but what can you do? Unless you want to give them some money to pay their monthly rent, go right ahead, but u'll c, i guarantee you, the month after that, it'll be back up on foreclosure...i say go for it, and pray to god to help all those in need, and may god bless them all...if you go take a stab at it with at least thinking about it, which you are obviously, it's not a bad thing...hope this helps ya! good luck...

ha ha to the tennis balls..my favorite was the gum down the pipes..
causes the ugliest hair balls..yuk..and grease traps..
tennis balls is immediate..
the gum balls. (chewing gum/bubble gum) is ugly and slower..
i learned to have all pipes pressure pumped..first..
just an air pressure and close off all opening and pump...all drains..out..
the lady that stole the toilets..was actually doing me a favor and saved me..time..cause i was redoing the floors..
yep... some owners get real angry..and can't see it's a better thing to be out..

Perhaps if you perform Satanic rituals in the home after you buy it, but not from just the buying.

No, i believe that your behavior and your actions in everyday life will determine that, not whether or not you buy said home.
