I'm not entirely sure what your question is. It is not unusual for scar tissue to develop months after an operation and this causes problems because scar tissue shrinks and pulls on other tissues. It can happen to anyone, regardless of how good the surgeon is.

In a World where everyone has got used to "quick fixes", surgery is used far too often when it is either not necessary or even not helpful.
All surgery causes immense stress on the body - all those cuts, bruises, scarring etc have to be healed and when you are chronically undernourished (as most people are even if they are overfed!) the body just doesn't have the nutrients to make the repairs necessary.
In these cases, the body does what it can, which is not always what it would prefer to do. However, in many other cases, adhesions - pieces of tissue sticking together that shouldn't - occur and they can cause many problems.
Simple answer - surgery should ALWAYS be the LAST option, not the first and should never be undertaken lightly. If you really MUST, give your body a fighting chance with lots of vitamins and minerals before, during and after.
