Are you saying the girls and boys are 18 years of age? if they are younger, you should report your friend to authorities for child sexual abuse. Are you asking if you should take his invitation? if so you are a sick freak.

if he is going all the way to Middle east to have
sex, it is not with girls and boys of age.
He is doing under age children.
